Look out world here I come .
Given the desperate ordinariness of blogs out there I thought that surely I can do better than many .
Just how good it has to be for the world to beat a path to my door carrying riches beyond my wildest dreams remains to be seen.
Well it seems I am up and running ,OK walking , OK OK meandering .
At least I am having a more relaxed Easter than those who insist on flagellating themselves to get into the spirit of things .
Look if my brother came out and said he was gay I could be as understanding as Tony -unfortunately the news is far worse -he is a lawyer.
Three dead bodies turn up at the mortuary, all with very big smiles on their faces. The coroner calls the police to tell them what has happened.
"The first body is Pierre Dubois, Frenchman, 60, died of heart failure while making love to his 20-year old mistress. Hence the enormous smile, Inspector," says the coroner. "The second body is Hamish Campbell, Scotsman, 25, won US$50,000 on the lottery, spent it all on whisky. Died of alcohol poisoning, hence the smile."
The Inspector asked, "What about the third body?"
"Ah," says the coroner, "this is the most unusual one. He is Paddy Murphy, Irish, 30, struck by lightning."
"Why is he smiling then?" inquires the Inspector.
"He thought he was having his picture taken," replies the coroner.
Wouldn't you know the leftie journos now controlling Fairfax would turn this clown into some sort of hero ?
Not too long ago senior staff in newspapers who were usually conservative kept some sort of control over the younger usually leftie trendy latte lapping staff . Now it seems the lunatics have risen to positions of power in the media and run the show to suit their warped agenda . Fairfax in particular seems to make no attempt to rein in this obvious bias in most of their writing . I wonder why advertisers even bother using their papers any more - must be that the clowns who still take this paper seriously are easily led into buying what they are selling. It always amuses me how Fairfax papers take time off from bagging business to spruik up the price of realestate -no doubt as a sop to their many real estate advertisers.
